Our Biggest Adventure Yet

Breathwork.

You’ll often hear us talk about this in our clinic. When Dr. Erica first taught me how to breathe through my belly intentionally and not just with my lungs, I was in shock. This is called diaphragmatic breathing. It required me to slow down and focus on how to CHANGE what I had known. I’ve found myself using this technique often lately and here is why…

At the end of November my dad signed papers with Dr. Kyle and Dr. Erica to officially move all of Coulee Health into his buildings. West Salem Planing and Molding started when I was just three years old. Twenty-five years ago this ago this past month was when the building was being built. Custom woodwork continued in our family when my brother bought the business in 2021. I am beyond proud of the success they both had and still, change is hard.

Most often I find myself thinking of how hard change is and get caught up in the negatives; but here is the thing… Change is good! It allows room for growth and beautiful things to happen. So here I am practicing breathwork and looking to change. Healing and babies being born in where my family roots started. Congratulations, Kyle and Erica. You DID it!
